Who is responsible

Łukasz Bartkiewicz, operator of Bimbleo, Switzerland.
Privacy contact: privacy@bimbleo.com

What we collect and why

If you register your interest in Bimbleo Early Access, we collect the information you submit: your name, business email address, store name and, if provided, your website or Instagram profile, current software and any additional information you choose to provide. We use it only to review your interest and contact you about Bimbleo and potential Early Access. Registering interest does not create a subscription and does not guarantee access.

We do not use this form to subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing communications.

Website and technical data

Bimbleo is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process technical data required to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, request and security information.

Form processing

The Early Access form is processed by Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, on our behalf. Web3Forms receives, validates, stores and forwards form submissions and may process technical metadata such as IP address, timestamp and referrer information. Its Data Processing Agreement states that Web3Creative acts as processor and Bimbleo as controller for submitted data.

Recipients and international processing

We use service providers only where needed to operate the website and form, principally Cloudflare and Web3Creative/Web3Forms. Web3Creative operates from India and uses sub-processors whose infrastructure may be located in the European Union, the United States or other regions. Its DPA provides for Standard Contractual Clauses where transfers from Switzerland require a transfer mechanism. We do not sell the information submitted through the form.

Retention

We keep Early Access information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your interest and related contact. The Web3Forms service currently applies a physical time-to-live of up to three years to submission data under its DPA. If you ask us to delete your information, we will handle the request and instruct relevant processors as applicable, subject to any data that must be retained by law or routine backup cycles.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you may request information about whether we process personal data about you and, where applicable, request correction or deletion. To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, contact privacy@bimbleo.com.

Changes

This notice describes the current Bimbleo pre-launch website and Early Access interest form. It will be updated before Bimbleo is used for live store operations or other materially different processing.
