Bimbleo was born in Itschnach, Küsnacht ZH. We’re starting in the Zürich region and welcome enquiries from shops across Switzerland. We can show you Bimbleo online or visit your shop where practical.

Can I access a public demo or free trial?

There’s no public trial account. Leave us your details and we can show you Bimbleo in a personal online demonstration or, where practical, at your shop.

Can we talk if my shop is outside Zürich?

Yes. We’re based in the Zürich region, and welcome enquiries from across Switzerland. We can show you Bimbleo online; a visit to your shop depends on location and availability.

Can you help me move from Excel, paper or another system?

Whether you use Excel, paper or another system, we’ll look at your existing records together. We can discuss what can be transferred and find a practical way to get started.

What does Bimbleo cost?

Grow with you is 0.75% of monthly sales recorded in Bimbleo after refunds, with a total minimum of CHF 49 and a maximum of CHF 129 per month for one store. Business is CHF 159 for up to 2 stores, Scale CHF 249 for up to 6. Custom arrangements are agreed personally. No VAT is charged. Registering interest creates no subscription.

Can I record TWINT and card payments?

Yes. Bimbleo records sales paid via external TWINT or card terminals. Payments are processed by your existing payment provider, not directly by Bimbleo.

What equipment do I need?

Bimbleo supports label and barcode workflows. The right tablet, scanner and printer setup depends on your shop, so we will review compatible equipment with you before making a recommendation.

What happens when my sales grow?

Growth is a reason to talk, not an automatic price change. If your average monthly sales recorded in Bimbleo after refunds exceed CHF 49,000 on Grow with you or CHF 99,000 on Business, we may suggest a conversation about whether another plan would suit your business. The review uses the last three completed calendar months; for Business, sales are combined across your company. These are review thresholds, not sales limits. Your plan and price only change by agreement with you.
